When embarking on a new lifestyle, it is difficult to know where to start. You'll get confused by all the ingredients you can and cannot eat, and stocking the cupboard becomes a chore. You'll even need to learn new staple ingredients and try out new recipes.

Our starter kits give you a gateway to getting started! Plus, it also allows you to try out new brands. After trying out the different products, you'll be able to purchase them individually on our site.
Yes! At WowLah, our main focus is to make sure you know what you're putting into your body. If you want to now what products are in our starter kits, simply go to the information page and find all the products included in that box. If you want to know what ingredients are in a specific item, click on the product to get directed to the individual information page.
We try our best to include all the relevant information you may need to know before purchasing. As retailers, we simply post the information we are given by our suppliers and manufacturers, so some information may not be readily available to us.

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also get an email notification when we have packed and shipped your order!
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. If you have any questions in relation to our return policy, please contact us.
Although very rare, occasionally we may have to short orders if we have sold out of a particular product. Usually, we will have already processed a refund for the missing items when shipping your order.

In the rare instance a refund has not been issued however, please contact the team with your order number and the missing item(s) and we will resolve it for your, either through shipping it out separately, adding it to your next order, or refunding the value of the items.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards through Stripe payment gateway.
If you've changed your mind and no longer want to receive your order, you can cancel as long as your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email immediately with your order number. If payment has been taken and your order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or edit these orders.
